Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the cards, the dashboard, pricing, and how reviews work. Can't find yours? Ask us on the support page.
Cards & setup
Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap the card (NFC) or scan the QR code with their phone camera, and their browser opens your Google review page. Nothing to install, works on iPhone and Android.
How do I set up a card when it arrives?
Scan the card or enter its printed code in the dashboard, point it at your business, and it's live. See Cards for the full walkthrough.
Can different cards go to different places?
Yes. Every card uses your default review link unless you give it its own destination. You can also assign each card to a team member so reviews are credited to the person who earned them.
What if a card arrives damaged or stops working?
Contact support and we'll replace it. The QR code and NFC chip have no battery and nothing to charge, so failures are rare.
Pricing & billing
What do the cards cost?
Cards are a one-time purchase with volume pricing - see the pricing page for current tiers. Shipping is free, and the dashboard with scan analytics is included at no monthly cost.
What does the Pro subscription add?
Pro ($49/month) adds the software layer on top of your cards: weekly map rank tracking on the dashboard's Rankings page, AI auto-replies to new reviews, and the review funnel. The price covers up to 3 locations; each additional location is $29/month, adjusted automatically as you add or remove businesses. You can subscribe or cancel any time from Settings - the cards you bought keep working either way.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes - your first Pro subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required up front, and billing starts by itself after the trial. Cancel any time before then with one click and you pay nothing.
Is there a contract or hidden fee?
No. Cards are one-time. Pro is month to month and you can cancel whenever you want. Payments run through Stripe; we never store your card number.
Reviews & Google
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes - the cards just remove friction between a happy customer and your review page. You still need to follow Google's rules: no fake reviews, no paying for reviews, and no blocking negative feedback where that's prohibited. Our terms cover this.
How does the review funnel work?
Customers pick a star rating first. Five-star customers go straight to Google to post publicly. Unhappy customers are invited to tell you what went wrong instead, so you hear about problems before the internet does.
Where do I turn on AI review replies?
On the Businesses page. Each business row has an AI replies toggle and a tone picker. It's a Pro feature, and it needs your Google Business Profile connected so replies can post through your own profile.
How often do reviews sync?
Automatically about once a week. New accounts start with their latest 100 reviews; connecting your Google Business Profile pulls your full history. Once a review is in your dashboard it stays there.
How do you know which team member earned a review?
Two signals: a review that mentions a person by name is credited to them, and otherwise we suggest the card that was tapped shortly before the review was posted. You can always correct the credit by hand on the Credit reviews page.
Data & limits
How does rank tracking work?
Pro scans Google Maps from 49 points around each business every week, for every keyword you track. The Rankings page shows the latest map, your trend over time, and the competitors that hold the zones you don't. Add keywords on the Businesses page.
What is the free visibility check?
We search Google Maps from 49 points around your area and show where you rank, where you're invisible, and which competitor shows up instead. Run it from the check page - it's free and takes about a minute.
Are there usage limits?
Normal use never hits them. Data that costs us money to fetch (searches, syncs, sample reports) has fair-use caps listed in our terms.
